4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in [EGP]

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time

  • Orders may be refused or canceled due to:

    • Suspected fraud

    • Inventory limitations

Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order items:

  • Begin production after order confirmation

  • Cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

  • Are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold

By placing a custom order, you waive any right to cancellation.

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events

Any shipping damage must be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Installation, Use & Maintenance

CONCRÉ products must be:

  • Installed by qualified professionals

  • Used only for their intended purpose

  • Maintained according to provided guidelines

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Structural misuse

  • Exposure to unsuitable chemicals or environments
