At CONCRÉ, we partner with independent third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders within Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within Egypt only

  • Delivery is handled by independent third-party shipping carriers

  • Shipping availability may vary depending on location

If delivery to a specific area is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


Order Processing & Factory Preparation Time

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, every order goes through several controlled phases before shipment.

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days
    (order verification, payment confirmation, production scheduling)

  • Factory preparation: up to 14 business days
    This includes:

    • Material preparation

    • Casting and forming

    • Controlled finishing and quality inspection

Total preparation time before shipment: up to 13 business days.

Preparation time is separate from delivery time.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery time begins after the order is shipped

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Destination and accessibility

  • Shipment size and weight

  • Carrier operational conditions

  • External factors beyond our control

CONCRÉ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Fees depend on destination, package size, and weight

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Due to the weight and handling requirements of concrete products, shipping costs may be higher than standard items.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

  • Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier

  • Delivery status depends on carrier reporting


Delivery, Inspection & Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery

  • Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as delivered to the provided address

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment

  • Inspecting the package immediately upon delivery


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears mishandled:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging are required

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, installation, or misuse is not covered.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details may result in:

    • Additional delivery charges

    • Order cancellation without refund of shipping fees


Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer

Shipping is handled by independent third-party carriers.
Once an order has been handed over for delivery, CONCRÉ does not control carrier operations, routing, or delivery timing.

Carrier-related issues are subject to the carrier’s own terms and procedures.
