Refund policy

Overview

At CONCRÉ, each product is crafted using engineered concrete materials and finished individually. Due to the nature of concrete and our production process, all sales are subject to the policy below.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is standard (non-customized)

  • The item has no signs of use, installation, modification, or damage

Concrete products are inspected before shipping and documented.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
    (including custom colors, dimensions, finishes, or special requests)

  • Products showing natural concrete characteristics, including:

    • Micro-pores

    • Color variations

    • Texture irregularities
      These are material features, not defects.

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or used

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or maintenance

Concrete is not plastic. Expecting perfect uniformity means misunderstanding the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and videos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label
      are required

After inspection, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair

  • Store credit
    Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@concre-co.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting photos

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval

Returns sent without approval will be refused.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping
    (Use proper protection — concrete is heavy and fragile)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Any damage, missing parts, or misuse will result in refund rejection

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Concrete color may vary due to:

  • Material composition

  • Lighting conditions

  • Screen calibration

These variations do not qualify as defects or reasons for return.
